海盐伟成印刷股份有限公司位于浙江百步经济开发区，是一家集印刷和织造一体的科技型生产企业，旗下注册有盐田织彩品牌。
公司于2004年4月成立，注册资金150万元，占地面积7亩，建筑面积6500平方。主要从事服装辅料，印刷包装，提花面料，提花像景，提花背景，文创产品等系列产品生产经营。公司现有职工70余人，其中管理人员10名，专业技术人员12名。
公司经过14年的不懈拼搏，公司规模不断扩大，技术创新能力不断加强，自主研发了多组纬叠花显色提花技术对传统提花工艺进行变革创新，在提花织造行业发展中起到一定引领作用。现跟浙江理工大学丝绸纺织学院、湖南大学设计学院、中国丝绸博物馆等多家高校和专业单位开展多项交流与紧密合作。
工欲善其事，必先利其器。经公司研究决定从2016年至今投资2000多万元引进世界著名的进口提花织造设备和海德堡5色印刷机。

Located in Zhejiang Baibu Economic Development Zone, Haiyan Weicheng Printing Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise integrating printing and weaving; it owns a registered brand Yantian Zhicai.
It was founded in April 2004 with a registered capital of ￥1.5 million. It has a floor area of 7 mu and a building area of 6,500 square meters. The company is mainly committed to the production and management of garment accessories, printing and packaging, jacquard fabric, jacquard weaved photograph, jacquard background, as well as cultural and creative products, etc. Currently, it employs 70 staff, including 10 administrative officers and 12 professional technicians.
After 14 years of relentless struggle, the company has expanded its scale and constantly improved its technological innovation capability; it has independently developed multiple wefts coloring jacquard technology to reform the traditional jacquard process, playing a leading role in the development of jacquard weaving industry. Now it carries out multiple exchanges and close cooperation with many universities and professional units, such as the College of Materials and Textiles of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, School of Design of Hunan University, and China National Silk Museum, etc.
It is necessary to have effective tools to accomplish good work. Since 2016, the company has invested more than ￥20 million in introducing the world-renowned jacquard weaving equipment and the Heidelberg Five-Color Printing Machine.
